Brenda Luigs Travis, 73, of Paducah passed away at 3 AM Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at her residence. 

Mrs. Travis wa a secretary for Social Services in Paducah and a member of Twelve Oaks Baptist Church in Paducah.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Gerald Travis of Paducah; one sister Donna French and husband, Drexel of Paducah; one neice, DaShea Link and husband, Chris of Paducah; one nephew, Darren French and wife, Kim of Paducah; one great-niece, Haley French; one great-nephew Devin French; one great-great-nephew, Caysen.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond H. Luigs and Mary Lou Luigs.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, August 11, 2017 at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah with Bro. Brandt Lyon and Bro. Jason Burnett officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Paducah.

Visitation will be from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday August 10, 2017, at the funeral home.
